SHIPPING
Please include shipping details that are current and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipping due to an incorrect address. All orders are tracked by a tracking number that can tracked via the website dhl.com or UPS.com Please allow up to 4-14 business days, depending on location. Orders received before 1pm are dispatched within the same working day, orders received on Friday or weekends will be dispatched the next business day (IE: Monday) Some areas around the world may have shipping delays due to social, economic, political or weather conditions. Please check with your local authorities before you order.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties, import taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
TRACKING AND RECEIVING MAIL
You will be emailed a tracking number please keep track of your own items. You can track your item from DHL or UPS We are not responsible for receiving your order, you are. You are also responsible for paying the duties incurred at your customs in your country.
We will not accept returned items because you do not wish to pay the import duties. Please make sure your daytime delivery address is valid and up to date. All packages are signed for. Non signed requests will not be granted. The items are of significant value and we need to make sure your order gets to you in good time. Check your mailbox often that is your responsibility.
Any damaged items must be reported the same day of delivery so we can access the damage and replace if necessary. No damage claims can be made after the first day of delivery. Any claims the next day or later will be treated as damaged caused by use.
